6. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PROTOCOL
Case Priming: MANDATORY. Fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil through the top-most drain port before starting the engine.
Air Bleeding: Loosen the air bleed plug on top of the pump until oil flows without bubbles.
System Flushing: If the old pump suffered a mechanical failure, the oil cooler and tank must be cleaned to remove metal debris.
Filtration: Replace the main return filter and the pilot line filter. Clean the magnetic suction strainer in the tank.
