Among these, we find a semi-automatic depalletizer for cans, a Twistrinser rinsing machine, a EUROSTAR Canfil 9/1 filling monoblock with 9 filling valves and 1 sealing machine, a Norhof nitrogen dispenser for filling non-carbonated drinks, a KKP pasteurizer 360, an external shower and can drying system, a can rotation device, an inkjet printer from Bluhm Systeme GmbH, a rotary table and a PacTech PTF 28 W shrink wrapper.

After filling, the cans are manually placed inside the pasteurization trolleys. There are 5 stainless steel trolleys available, each capable of holding a considerable number of cans, depending on the format.

The Used Eurostar Canning Line is highly equipped with different formats, including 200ml slim, 250ml slim cans with CDL and B64 lids, 330ml sleek cans, 330ml and 440ml cans in standard format with CDL lids (the lid B64/202 and 0.15 L formats can be added). Shrink Tunnel for Labels


This machine is equipped with a “Fullbody” label shrink tunnel, designed to ensure that the label adheres perfectly to the can during the heating process. This functionality is effective for Slim and Sleek type cans, for the Standard format the label is “half-body”.
