MDHB‑60 mobile continuous drum asphalt mixing plant is specially designed for highway construction projects, with a theoretical production capacity of 60 tons per hour. This mobile asphalt plant adopts trailer‑mounted modular design, including cold aggregate feeding unit, asphalt tank unit and main mixing unit, which can be quickly relocated between different construction sites.
Equipped with bag‑type dust collector, twin‑shaft continuous mixer and electronic aggregate weighing system, the plant realizes accurate aggregate metering and low‑emission production. It works under 380V/50Hz three‑phase power supply,
voltage is adjustable. The total installed power is 142 kW. Hot asphalt temperature can be adjusted from 130℃‑165℃. The emission of dust is ≤50 mg/Nm³ and working noise ≤70 dB(A).
The whole set includes 4‑bin cold aggregate feeding system, 40‑ton direct‑heating asphalt tank, drying drum, mineral powder hopper, light‑oil automatic burner, plate‑chain scraper elevator, asphalt storage bin, air compressor and full‑automatic electrical control cabin. It is delivered in 5×40HQ containers. It is suitable for medium‑grain asphalt mixture production for expressway construction. Standard working condition: altitude ≤2000 m, cold aggregate moisture＜5%.
