Das feuchte Rohmaterial wird in den Schneckenförderer gefüllt. Die Geschwindigkeit der Zuführung des Rohmaterials zum Trockner wird über einen Wechselrichter eingestellt. Der Trockenofen ist mit Schamottesteinen ausgekleidet. Der Ofen wird mit gewöhnlichem Holz befeuert. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einen Pelletbrenner PELETRON-250 als Wärmeerzeuger zu installieren.
Das Rohmaterial fließt weiter durch eine 25 m lange Rohrleitung. Am Ende des Sägemehltrockners ist ein Ventilator installiert, der einen Unterdruck erzeugt. Anschließend wird das Rohmaterial mithilfe eines Zyklons von der heißen Luft getrennt. Getrocknetes Sägemehl fällt in den Schneckenförderer PS-200 und die Luft gelangt zusammen mit dem Dampf durch den Schornstein nach draußen.
Der Schneckenförderer PS-200 transportiert Sägemehl zur Pelletmaschine PELETON-200. Die Pelletmaschine ist mit einem 11-kW-Motor und rotierenden Walzen ausgestattet, was die Verarbeitung von Nadel- und Laubholzarten gewährleistet.
Anschließend gelangt das fertige Pellet zur PB-100-Kalibratortrommel, die das Pellet durchsiebt und so kleine Partikel und Staub entfernt, der mithilfe des Systems in Staubsammelbeutel abgesaugt wird. Darüber hinaus kann dieser Rohstoff zur Herstellung von Pellets verwendet werden.

Etapy produkcji peletu linią PELETON-2000 MT o wydajności 150-170 kg/h:
Mokry surowiec jest zasypywany do podajnika. Regulacja prędkości podawania surowca do suszarni jest realizowana za pomocą falownika. Piec suszarni jest wyłożony cegła szamotową. Piec jest opalany zwykłym drewnem, istnieje również możliwość zamontowania palnika na pelet PELETRON-250 jako generator ciepła.
W dalszym ciągu surowiec przelatuje przez rurociąg o długości 25 m. Na końcu suszarni do trocin jest zamontowany wentylator, który wytwarza podciśnienie. Dalej surowiec jest oddzielany od gorącego powietrza za pomocą cyklonu. Wysuszone trociny opadają na dół do podajnika PS-200, a powietrze razem z parą wychodzi na zewnątrz przez komin.
Podajnik ślimakowy PS-200 transportuje trociny do peleciarki PELETON-200. Peleciarka jest wyposażona w silnik 11kW oraz obrotowe rolki, co gwarantuje przerób iglastych oraz liściastych gatunków drewna.
Następnie gotowy pelet trafia do bębna kalibratora PB-100, który przesiewa pelet, eliminując drobne cząstki oraz pył, który za pomocą systemu zostaje odciągnięty do worków odpylających. Dalej taki surowiec może być wykorzystany przy produkcji peletu.
