Grain bucket elevator "EZ-15" is a reliable device for vertical transportation of bulk materials. Its main task is to ensure continuous and careful lifting of grain or other bulk mixtures to the required height. Thanks to the design, thought out to the smallest detail, and the use of high-quality materials, the elevator fits perfectly into grain separation complexes of both mobile and stationary types.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is fed through a loading hopper, where its amount is regulated by a damper. Rubber scrapers attached to the conveyor chain gently pick up the grain and transport it upwards through the working cavity of the housing. The material is ejected through the discharge chute using centrifugal force. The empty scrapers return to the bottom of the elevator, preparing for a new loading cycle.
