The AP15 Industrial Fruit Peeler and Corer can be used to process pineapple, melon, and papaya. The AP15 Industrial Fruit Peeler and Corer, with capacity of 12/13 fruits per minute. +ABL GTF Slicing machine
The GTF Slicing and Chunking Machine can be used to process pineapple, melon, and papaya. The machine is positioned in line after the AP15 Industrial Fruit Peeler and Corer. The fruit chunking machine is equipped with 4 cutting devices, two packs of radial blades two packs of parallel blades. Both systems utilize rotating blades technology to reduce pressure into the fruit while cutting. The halved fruit are manually placed onto special designed cups, that advance on a continues cycle. The combination of one radial blade assembly as well a parallel blade assembly will determine a chunk cut style. The use of only one cut assembly will determine if the halved fruit will be cut in half rings or spears. Easy and quick changeover from one blade assembly to another thanks to lifting cranks.
