Equipment suitable for secondary and possibly primary crushing of dry and semi-wet materials up to a hardness of 4 Mohs.
The crushing is carried out through the action of two counter-rotating rollers of different sizes, one of them equipped with blades.
This machine was designed to homogenize dry or semi-humid clays, admitting an inlet between 15 and 20 cm, which transforms it into an outlet between 20 and 5 mm. To carry out this work, the machine is composed of two cylinders that rotate in opposite directions. One is large diameter and smooth with slow turning speed, and the other smaller diameter is fitted with blades and has fast turning speed.
The slow cylinder is mounted on retractable bearing holders, that is, it can move backwards when the tension between the two cylinders is exceeded. This tension is maintained by springs that press each of the bearing supports of said cylinder. So that the smooth cylinder is always in good condition, the machine is equipped with scrapers that keep it clean, which are tensioned by a pneumatic group, adjusted to a pressure of 4 Kg/cm2.
