The incoming box is filled to the desired number by the operator and then released for further processing. The box conveyor system carries the box with product to the VarioSeal WE 303. After the VarioSeal, the box is fed through the taper and then via vertical wokkel transport to palletizing. The conveyor provides supply to the counting module. Separation of the batches takes place through the batch maker. The batch handling provides supply of the counted batches to the packing position. The packaging line meets the applicable requirements of European directives and is CE marked. The machine is equipped with four emergency stops, signal columns and protective covers. The control box consists of a start button, stop button, emergency stop and reset button. The manual with installation instructions of the machine is provided.
