Прибор для оценки качества клейковины ИДК-3М (автомат) предназначен для определения качества клейковины зерна пшеницы и пшеничной муки. Принцип определения качества основан на измерении величины остаточной деформации образца клейковины после воздействия на него тарированной нагрузки (пуансона) в течение заданного интервала времени (в условных единицах). С помощью соответствующих таблиц по полученным значениям можно определить группу качества клейковины.Точность прибора позволяет однозначно определить группу качества клейковины при решении спорных вопросов, возникающих в результате анализа, показатели которого находятся на границе двух групп качества. Также позволяет достоверно оценивать очень слабую клейковину.
