TICAB HOUSE – manufacturer of prefabricated wooden modular houses. Prefabrication takes place in our production hall, regardless of the season. The first wooden modular house, produced by our specialists, was built in 2008. The first workers were trained in the USA and Norway.

The popularity of timber frame technology is also growing in our country. In the past two years, we have built more than 150 finished and equipped houses. Our year-round houses, cottages, offices, saunas and outbuildings are designed for those who value their time. It takes about a month to prefabricate a house in our production hall. Each of our houses is completely ready for occupancy after prefabrication.

Today we produce not only one- and two-module houses, but also two-story houses. Customers enjoy living, working and relaxing in our buildings.
